A 30% deposit is required to begin a design and will go toward your total. After design approval, the final amount must be paid before the design is delivered/shipped. Both the deposit and final payment will be sent via invoice. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours.

Please allow 24 hours for a response to your inquiry form. A response will include a full price breakdown and any other information needed to your design (photos, contact info, etc.)

Once the design process begins, it is crucial that the client remains actively responsive to ensure design readiness and feedback. The better the communication, the faster your design will be ready! 

It is most important to me that my clients are satisfied and in love with their design. When designing is finished you will receive a proof of your cards and revisions can be made up to 3 times, any more will be subject to charge (most people only have to revise up to 2 times, if needed!)

Turn around time Is 1-3 days.

Rush ordering is available on all orders. Please note rush ordering is permitted to an additional charge. When rush ordering items that have to be mailed, I have no control over the time of postage once dropped off.

Since each project is fully customized to the client, there are no refunds.  In an event of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.
