How do I start? 

• Use the menu bar to explore the site and find what you are looking for. Next, read the description of your desired product and select all of the required options. Make sure to include all necessary information to ensure a smooth process. Finally, checkout and expect to see a proof of your design in 24 to 48 hours. 

What is the turnaround time? 

• Most designs are done in 1-3 days. Bigger projects like web design, take up to 1.5 weeks. 

Do you print the designs? 

• Yes! We print and send them right to your door!

Do you ship worldwide? Do you provide tracking numbers?

• Yes! Worldwide shipping is available. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is marked as shipped. 

If I don't like the design can I change it? 

• Yes. Card designs, acrylic signs, and stickers are sent proofs to be approved by the buyer before printed. Any changes can be made at that time. With each logo design, 3 revisions are included. Client satisfaction is extremely important to us!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

• Since each order is custom to every client and business, no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
